Surrounded by limestone cliffs, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and soft white sand, Maya Bay is truly a sight to behold. Since 2018, Maya Bay has undergone significant preservation efforts to protect the delicate ecosystem, so access is sometimes restricted. It’s good to check ahead of your visit to ensure it’s open.
How to get there: Take a boat tour from Tonsai Village pier. Boats leave regularly, so just show up early and inquire about the next ride.
Pro tip: It can get crowded, so visit early in the morning or late in the afternoon if you prefer a quieter experience.
Entry fee: 400 THB for foreigners as part of the national park entry fee.

Koh Phi Phi Leh, the smaller neighbor of Koh Phi Phi Don, is home to some of the area’s most iconic attractions, including Maya Bay, Viking Cave, and Pileh Lagoon.
